We are now into our second year of a 7, 8, 9 organization and I am very pleased to note the success of the return of middle school philosophies. A very wide range of electives for all years, expanded exploratory offerings and a renewed focus on our advisory system are all bearing fruit. We have introduced technology to every classroom and are endeavouring to create opportunities for students to move forward on new learning paths. Our fine arts programmes are proving to be very popular. We have 67 out of 183 students in band and the student art on the hallway walls is very welcome. All these successes are due to a committed and talented staff, backed up by a supportive parent group. as one moves to the twighlight years of a career, it is encouraging to see sustainable change working.
